Caravelle Glass Seal Kinked

Hi All,

I fitted a Caravelle door on Sunday. Looking at the external rubber window seal, it is kinked in both bottom corners..

Any idea why? Is it the wrong seal or badly fitted?

AH, panal conversion not factory, seal is the wronng minimum radius to start with , will return your pm
