POP TOP question

Should there be a lock or a latch that goes on the inside of a pop top

i have a devon and there are two brown bits that look like they good have something on to lock it from the inside?

I use a ratchet strap. Stop people breaking in as well.

That is a good idea. Neat way to get around my crap catch problem on my Viking pop top.

I had a Devon and fiddled about for ages getting it to close tight so it didnt flap/move around when driving.

Bought a set of push lock fasteners & catches from these guys, made metal spacers from stainless, fitted the lot and never looked back.

Figured if someone wanted to break in it wont take long in a T25 anyway no matter what I do (damn sliding windows....).
