U/S rev-counter.

Post by skysurfin09 »

I bought a working rev counter from a person beyond reproach on this site. It is from the same year and engine type as my own [2.1 WBX 89/90]. However, the booming thing refuses to work in my vehicle. The pcb seems to be intact , but no go, I don't know if it's of any relevence but I also have fitted a 90amp alternator. If possible I want to see if I can get this working prior to my trip next week, Please any ideas? Rob :ok

Is it a replacement for the original one, or did you van not have one before? If it didn't have one before are you sure the necessary wiring is fitted/connected to your van?
