glow plug relay overheating

my glow plug relay is overheating and isnt stopping the power to the plugs it is the 7 pin type code 102, have tried another relay and its the same, also losing continuity on the earth from the relay to the battery to when the ignition is switched on,

so i have live feed, it is switching when ignition comes on then overheating, none of the terminals that go into relay are damaged would it be the temp sensor wire? if so what can i do???

any info would help as been at this for a full day now cheers
