Headlamp high beam blue warning ligh

Hello all. Would anyone have any idea as to why the blue main beam light doesn't work on the dash of my '84 T25? The light work fine on low or main beam but no blue light shows on the dash. I've also recently noticed that the red oil pressure light doesn't work either. I understand these are LED's, are they replaceable? I've taken the instrument cover off and had a quick look but the warning lights don't appear to be replaceable. Thanks in advance.
