Trimming bumpstops

Post by kyleewyleecoyote »

I've just stripped down one side to make way for 60mm lowering springs & shocks (panel van). I want to trim the bumstops by the proverbial 2 ribs, but am a bit concerned that it currently is located into the plastic sleeve? Do I judiciously pry it out of the sleeve, trim; pry back into sleeve.
Thanking you in advance.
It's unlucky to be superstitious....
