t25 engine

Will the 1.9 sdi engine be a straight fit into my t25, it is a 1.6 non turbo on a 5 speed.
And what engine code will the sdi engine be.

Not on it's own it won't it will need a bit of coaxing,

very good, and what coaxing will it take,, ie are the mounts in the same postion, etc.

there are quite a few variations of the 1.9sdi engines - Im just swapping out a ASY code on a Polo and there are some big differences on it compared to the earlier models.
