Rear Wiper U/S
ally,
provided the front wipers are working it may be safe to say the wiper fuse is OK,
So the first thing I would be doing is removing the rear panel on the tailgate to gain access to the wiper motor, I would then get a 12v battery and run a live feed to the motor (earth wire should be easy to find as it should be screwed to the tailgate next to the motor) , then test the motor to see if it is fine and dandy. If it isn't then you have solved your dilemma.
After that I would be checking the feed wire from the front of the vehicle just incase there are no breaks in the wire (link between tailgate and van are likely places to be broken)
Then if all else fails the wiper switch will have to be tested , but sometimes the swtich contacts get mucked up and it could be somthing as simple as this which is causing your problem.

PS, I'm sure the next person along will tell you to start at the front of the van, it won't make much difference as the checks need to be done anyway.
