putting front seats back in???

I've taken out my front passenger seat a few weeks ago to do some work in the cab, and I'm trying my hardest to get it back in and I just can't.

The bolts on the outer rail are easy to get back in, but on the inner side it's near impossible to hold the bolt, get it under the 1cm gap and hold it in place to screw the rail back on...

Am I missing something? How do it do this it's making my head hurt
