Flame traps for JX.
Hello all, i was wondering if any one could tell me where i could get some flame traps for my 88 caravelle 1.6TD i'm having the injectors serviced soon and i think Baxter advises to replace the flametraps when doing this, i have checked brickwerks website for them but cant seem to find them. Also the small pipes inbetween the injectors are to be replaced as one is a bit leaky, all the pipes at the mo are rubber only is it advisable that i replace with the braided ones from brickwerks, is this the reason i'm getting leaking connections?
Thanks for any replies, Rob.

Thanks oldie but goodie much appreciated.
Could you throw any light on the braided pipes? I see you have a JX are the pipes between the injectors supposed to be the braided ones? Mine are just bogstandard rubber ones by the looks of them any fotos i've seen of JX engines seem to be have braided pipes. Thanks again.

I can see no reason why they have to be braid coated - there is not a lot of pressure, they are just push on and not clamped.
