Full beam on one side not working - not bulb. help pse

Post by BillSpen »

Hello there.

When I have the lights and on and ignition off. I flash the lights and only one side will go on to full beam. (I have swapped the bulbs and it is the same)

This is the odd one... When the ignition is on it looks like one is on full beam and the other is not so when I dip the lights the full beam swaps over the the other side.

I don't know if it is a fuse problem but the 5th one from the left looks like it is broken. Not noticed anything else not working.

Thanks for reading any suggestions welcome.

Check your fuse as both left, and right have their own fuses. You say one of the fuses are broken, then you answered your own question. Check on the inside of the lid which identifies the individual fuses and what they are for.

Thanks, had a suspicion it was. Unfortunately no lid on the fuses and cant seem to find out anywhere what the 5th one did.

Cheers

There are two different fuseboxes fitted to early and late vans it depends on which one you have.
