Rear Seatbelt Question

Hi,

When looking through the vents on a bus with rear seatbelts, can the bolt be seen?

People mention the 'dimple' in the vent of a van where the mounting should go but I have three in an upside down, reversed 'L' shape.

Was just wondering if I was lucky enough to already have the mounting points or if these are indeed just the dimples.
