Hi All
i have a 1.9 petrol 1987 leisurdrive crusader, i would like to change it to a more modern diesel, as i am fortunate enough to get diesel through work, any advice ie someone who has done it, which engine is best/easiest, what i will need etc, would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking in alternative engines maybe?

If you want easy, cheap and reliable but only basic cruising performance then get a 1.9 sdi non-turbo engine on your current gbix
