HI ladies and gents we gut stuck in the mud/ soaking ground on a arrival at a rally recently and i can't imagine being the only one so i just wondered if anti slip mats actually work? I'm thinking of buying a set but don't want to waste my money. We made a route of twigs and dead wood after they took us to higher ground but was still dicy getting to the exit.
Lots of sites have hard standings but rally fields can be a nightmare even when you try and take the dry route and higher ground.
Have seen these ones so what are your thoughts. I have seen the Fiamma ones just fly out the other end so not to keen on that design.
Cheers Hammy

Re: Anti Slip Mats
I found with those types once you are stuck in mud the tyre is too slippery to get onto the mat. I use the rope type, gives you a longer run on the tracks.
Something like these but mine are thicker can''t remember who made them I've had them for 20 odd years.
