never seen that, it looks like a crew cab with a van back end grafted on. i quite like it,

Well, they certainly made crew-cab syncro's, if that's what the question is.

But the rear body on that is custom. Pretty sure about that. That's most likely a panelvan, that was split, that has been used for the flat-bed and tail-gate.

Is that a chopped van or a crew cab with a piece of van grafted on? Im going for the later!

It's definatly a Doka chassis, with the rear of a panelvan crafted on.
