Westy water level LED indicator

This is the small black panel thing with the LEDs on it that sits between the fridge and the cooker on my camper. The guy I bought my camper off couldn't even tell me what it was as it had never worked since he bought the camper! I have removed it and it has damage on the circuit board as if a couple of components have gone 'pop' - I would quite like to get a replacement indicator if anyone has one or knows where I can get one? This is only one of two things in the van which I have not been able to put right (the other is the night heater but I'll save that one for later )
