sliding door / rear wheels issue
Hi all, Ive a slight issue with the sliding door catching my rear tyre when open. (only slightly but annoying)
Is there anyone out there selling a modified sliding door hinge-thingy so thats it passes more freely?

Brickwerks used to do an extended 'U' arm but I don't see it on the site just now.

I don't remember Brickwerks selling any Ian...there's a link on the Brick-Yard information page of how to do the modification though.
Back to the problem mentioned....
Try slackening the 2 allen bolts on the sliding door bottom hinge and pull the door out a few mm's.
Re-tighten the bolts and this may just give you the extra room to clear the wheel/tyre....if not it's time to get cutting and welding.
I would have answered this on the Brick-Yard but you posted the question,like here,in the wrong section so it got binned....Tech section maybe?
