underbody spare wheel carrier

Hi,
I am looking at creating an underbody storage area where the spare wheel is sometimes located. My syncro doesn't have a wheel carrier, only a 'sump' guard plate.

Does anyone have pictures of the fixings for the wheel carrier, please? I understand that there is a bolt to fix the front up to the deform panel but that there is also a safety catch to support it while the bolt is engaged.

I would like to either use standard parts or copy the design for my unit.
