Urgent Carb ideas please.

Post by Dave307 »

Hi all.

I've posted previously about this problem and it's really beginning to p**s me off now. I have been having intermitant problems with my van. It's been backfiring and stalling and chugging and running like poo. It does this for a bit then it runs fine again. I will list what I've done and you can then give me some more ideas. Hopefully.

1. New in line fuel filters.
2. Tank flushed.
3. Carb cleaned.
4. New dizzy cap.
5. Timing checked.
6. Jets checked.

Anyway. As I said ideas would be great please.
Dave.

Hello,

Engine details, electro or mechanical ignition, standard carbs. How was timing set. :?:

Pictures would help.

So it starts and runs ok, chokes come off, ticks over ok :?: :?:

Cordialement,

:ok
