awning - what size is best?

I'm wanting to buy a sun awning for my newly acquired Westy pop top, options being a 3000mm x 2500mm or a 2600mm x 2000mm. Whilst I prefer the idea of the larger one, it overhangs the passenger door and I'm wondering if this restricts it opening? Also if I add on a safari room the door will not open at all - anyone have suggestions as to which one I should go for?
