Rear wheel arch and panel.

Going to replace the full rear panel this week, been looking at other guys work. I'm left wondering how you fix the seams on the out side of the van. Obviously I will weld it onto the van on the inside and on the inside of the sliding door. However, do you weld down the front of the seams or do you fill them? If so what's the best stuff?
Finally, when attaching the panel to the inside of the sliding door, I was going to drill holes and spot weld it, do I need to do anything else to seal it.

Don't weld down the front seams. Tigerseal is commonly used in the seams. Using masking tape along either side of the seam to enable you to get a nice neat line of tigerseal, smooth it off with your finger or a lollipop stick.

For attaching the panel to the inside of the sliding door, yes spot weld it and apply a small amount of tigerseal to the joint after you have it all welded up.
