Just seen the local forecast and it looks like it's gonna clear up in the afternoon. :ok
Martin.

Diesel is an engine not a fuel.

I liked camping so much I went full time.

I'll be aiming to get there about 3 or so, don't think I can get away from here in time for a 1pm event. It'll be interesting to see how these Kumho AT (not the MT ones :( ) do in the wet - theyre good on the road, suppose that means theyll be crap.....

Got a decent single ignition box though ! that should be fun. :pimp

Great fun weekend.

Big thanks to everyone who attended for the warm welcome. Thanks to the club for the barbeque. It was yummy.

A special thanks to Simon for giving us a ride round, and to his daughter Bonnie for being chief dog walker. :ok
Martin.

Superb weekend. Thanks Simon for the invitation. :ok
It was thoroughly enjoyable and as always entertaining.
Cracking firework display and superb food.
Some very good driving it wasn't just about charging around in mud holes.
The Sunday afternoon challenge was challenging and Simon had a very good go at it, just missed one gate but that was pretty severe and steep. Proper prop bar bender stuff.
Fred, the chair of the lincs off road took us out on Sunday morning for a bit of laning. That was good aswell. We covered a nice bit of terrain and encountered some fluffy stuff!

Yeah great to have a nice Syncro turn out.. Cheers Pete, Sharon, Jason, Doug and Andy and Amos in his Disco...
Nice relaxed weekend.. and good weather on Sunday.. Alex and I slept in the back of the doka while Trace and Bonnie were offered Jasons spare camper to sleep in, they were going to go home Sat eve.. and come back in the morn..
Thanks also to Martinand ALison for turning up in there 2L air cooled 2wd and enjoying the weekend..

We had a nice little convoy of 6 syncro's, a 2wd T25 an LT, HRV and a Disco with caravan on the way...

Mmm.. I wonder what Andy was up to with some young lady (I'll be very generous with the lady part.. :rofl ) on his knee...

Yep. the Sunday PM challenge was a good un.. but had a couple of Syncro unfriendly approach angles.. one of them I wasnt going to attempt.. the other.. I gave it a go and made it... :D
