Hopefully we can get our New Chairman to agree to badger our old (ouch!) Treasurer to spend some money on a decent length of that Plasma stuff... 3 lengths for each laning group sort of idea?

I think you'll find the plasma rope is designed for winches only. Would be better with a decent tow rope for each group surely - (for non snatch recoveries).

Was used for ship's hawsers early doors I think to make handling easier, but now spawned to many applications...

Just reflecting on what a pain it is handling & storing very long 5 ton ropes or webbing
