Wrists, hands, back all fhookered. . Starts on the button now
Thought id wait till i didn't need the van for work this week to try the diff lock(thought it might stick on), couldn't resist though. Nice to get that going.

And yes that would have been me in edale, my sis lives there and the syncro was a godsend in the snow and up there a few weekends. Cant wait till next year with working diff locks.
They live at the start of the pennine way in the peak park, great syncro habitat.

Cheers

psssst ..... if you use your front diff lock in the snow and ice then you deserve whatever happens! Rear lock is OK for brief applications.

Ok, was getting excited by the prospect of working diff locks. I'll use them only as a last resort
cheers
Is the front diff similar to free up as the back or am i entering a whole other weekend of pain ?

I had to use front diff lock a couple of times in the snowy spell( in addition to the rear). Mind only on real slushy ice on a 1 in 4. Helped no end.

And used it more when towing people up the 1 in 5 out of our village. Steered just fine on the slight bends.

Popped it back in as soon as though. Definitely G only for front locker.
