Hi Nic, think we might be able to sort something out on this front, had a couple of pieces of MAKROLON SHEET at home and did a rough version at home at weekend, would be great to have them cut Professionally with laser and if you can bend them maybe we can get close to the set from america that clip in to the grill surround ?

Hi, yes that would be great if you could give dimensions and pictures, pictures off the vehicle as well showing how the clips work. Thanks

Hey Guys,

Will this make production? If you knock out a few sets I'll be up for one.

Hope this goes well as replacing my lights would be expensive.

Good on you. :ok

The inside tabs are larger/longer than the outside, to get them flush with the grill.

Great work Tim, with a bit of luck can get a template made then find somebody to start making a few sets, imsure who ever takes this mantel on will not regret it, think materials would be about £5, sell them for £25 and im sure there are enough people out there with square lights that want to protect them, as have just paid a large price to replace a broken one on mine, they are an original RHD set and im going to make sure that short of a front end with a lorry the light will be protected

So who out there has the means to cut and fold Polycarbonate sheets accurately ???
