Thanks all again

I like those installs but I would still rather keep the fridge behind the original door (keep the "Westy-ness of it all if i can), remembering that I haven’t seen the camper yet i think I can get a 40L behind the original door and have a bit more storage but not seen it done.

Which brings me on to another issue that has seen a lot of discussion but I haven’t seen any real conclusions, which is do any Uk suppliers have the Westy grey laminate or furniture board? (i know goWeasty do it but would rather get something from the UK, plus i hear that its close but not perfect?

The stuff you want is Poplar pine furniture board. Voehringer is the main supplier of the furniture board. You can get it from Calypso camper I guess and there are a few suppliers on line but you will pay a mint for Voehringer board. I found this supplier http://www.winwood-products.com/eng/tim ... ywoods.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; who will do you the plain board or finished in whatever you want. I was going to buy a few boards but I wasn't ordering enough for them to be interested in posting to Scotland. You might have more luck. If they don't have the finish you want buy the plain board and find a company that does laminates. They will sell you a grey finish laminate which you can then glue on yourself.
Cheers
Rob.
