OK I just went out and started it up and after the first treatment with this stuff, and hardly any of that treatment used, theres definitely a noticable improvement. It will start and run without the choke on with not nearly as much jumping and with the choke on it runs perfectly. So when the treatment is complete, I reckon it will be fine! Good news all round, and juct the ticket to cheer me up while Im here in bed on my laptop with the flu. Its me who has the flu, not the laptop but at this rate it could end up with it with all the sneezing.

FYI, I would be very suprised if the engine ran at all if the timing had slipped by one tooth.
Out, maybe, out a tooth, undriveable.
I have the technology to set the bucket and shims on those engines.
Also, like I said, I've ordered a injector tester and should hopefully be with me in the next couple of weeks.
Heatshields for injectors, I have asked GSF but they couldn't find them listed. If anone succeeds to buy them from GSF will you give me the number so I can get some!
I have to buy mine from the local Bosch agent and they lift my leg everytime!

Hi hows things?? Yeah I remember you! You had the white westy. Very nice bus. Ah mine will be sorted soon. Just a matter of getting my hands oily if this injector cleaner doesnt work. I dont think any of us are going to bustypes. Maybe a few of the UK contingent from the club might be but I havent heard anything. You should pop round to our place
http://www.type2ireland.org I only do one UK show a year. This year Im hoping to do syncropendance! Sounds like a lot of fun!
@Simon Baxter: I appreciate the help mate and thanks for the advice! Id say its a bit far to travel from Ireland to your place to get the rockers and injectors sorted out though!
