Andy,
I am interested too if you can get them at less than the £330 or so that a single set would cost.

Pretty sure this is what I've got on mine. Served me well over the last couple of years.

Right, I have some numbers for you all. Lars Neuffer came back with a price close to what I'd estimated, and just to check it I also got a price from Henning at Syncro-Services, who was about one Euro less per rim all-in than Lars.

Based on a total of 48 rims, Hennings price in Euros per rim, including shipping and VAT, is 49.68. A set of 20 nuts is 39.10 Euro. So a set of five rims and 20 nuts would be 287.50 Euro, or £226.35 at todays exchange rate.

Bearing in mind that the last time these were offered in the UK they were £250 a set of five not including nuts.

Neither Lars nor Henning indicated there would be any significant delay, but until we proceed I can't give anything firmer than 'a few weeks'. I'm hoping to complete this in time for the event later in October, as I may be able to deliver some there.

Henning is currently in the UK so may not be able to action any order we place until he goes back on the 10th. I'll email him to confirm the situation. If this is a problem we can go with Lars' offer.

I'll have to pay the full amount in advance by wire transfer, so I think I should ask for a £50 deposit at least, any balance can be paid on collection/delivery. As Paypal is limited on the amount a personal account can receive, this will have to be by cheque.

Please will you all reply by PM confirming you are 'in', and I'll let you know my address.

Regarding delivery, I do travel up and down the country fairly frequently and anticipate being able to drop sets of rims off anywhere within striking distance of the M1/M6, for fuel money of course. I hope to be able to drop off one or two sets at the event in Wales assuming they arrive in time. They can of course be collected from SE London. At this stage I'm really hoping to avoid having to re-ship any via courier, as this will be a significant inconvenience, as I work full time.

A quick update for those wondering what was happening. The money's been sent, and I believe the shipment may be happening today. I'll see if I can get an ETA and let you know. Quite how the logistics will work out depends when they arrive, so I'll hold off trying to plan that for now.

The pallet of rims arrived this morning, as promised by Henning. I'd arranged with my local MOT place just down the road to take delivery as I work during the week. Next job is to get them to you lot, my rough plan so far as is follows:

Rob Westling (5) - collect from me in London (sooner the better)
Gary (5), Clive (6) - I will deliver to you Sunday after next
Kev (6)- I'll take your rims to the Welsh event and you'll collect there
Dave (5), Gareth (5)- will hook up on Friday
Simon (5)- I will drop off at yours on my next trip to the north west, sometime on the next 3-4 weeks
Al (1) - TBA

Could you all please confirm by PM if the above will/won't work for you, or if you have a better suggestion.

That second picture is out of the sales brosure isn't it? All you need to do is add the caption "model shown has optional hard top and truck mirrors"
