I think it depends on how you attack A Flux. Go through as a numpty (especially if it's a velle) and you'll get booted straight to some other company - Prestige or somat. Adrian Flux say they 'don't do Caravelles'.... they also say they'll insure ANYTHING so threaten them with the ASA - normally sharpens them up (and more importantly gets a quote).

Alternatively, to get through to someone at Flux who will listen to the words coming out of your mouth when the telephone answering idiot picks up the phone say the magic words 'I'd like to insure a four by four' and you'll be transfered to 'the gold team' who will listen to what you say and put together the quote based on your needs and vehicle rather than giving it 'computer says no'.
