the longer stroke of the 2.1 is where the extra power comes from...
achieved by the shorter pistons and a different throw on the crank (I think)
1.9 heads are the same as 2.1's

Tony, 2.1i dizzy has an extra vacuum inlet/outlet (nearest the dizzy) which needs blanking off. Exhaust is the same ... no heat take-off of course :wink:

Some one with a lot more knowlege than me changed the carb jets and set it up on a rolling road,
took ages allegedly.Think the print out claims 86 :wink:
