I have on very good authority that primary/infant/young person teaching (or for some out there 'Learning') is, whilst difficult, not the hardest job out there.
For that honour has to go to Zucchini / courgette Picking in Oz;

mud up to your knees
25kg bucket to drag
plant has tiny thorns that break off in skin
stork has to cut not snapped at ground level
