I have on very good authority that primary/infant/young person teaching (or for some out there 'Learning') is, whilst difficult, not the hardest job out there.

For that honour has to go to Zucchini / courgette Picking in Oz;

Full day in the North Australian sun
35 degree heat (air temp)
mud up to your knees
25kg bucket to drag
plant has tiny thorns that break off in skin
stork has to cut not snapped at ground level
and all for $10 an hour

Hell on earth! :cry:
