You need to drill out the rivets, also when putting in the new rivets you need a rivet guide (bit that screws in the end of the gun) that fits inside the outer ring of the popper otherwise it wont tighten up.
Iv'e just screwed them in for now as the gun I have doesn't have a small enough head.
