Changed gearbox oil now problems - update !

Big lumps of metals and spanners. Including servicing and fluids.

That's great Aidan, many thanks.
I'll drop some oil out next weekend and pop some molyslip in, pretty sure it was in when I drained it as the oil was grey.

I too had a slow cold shift problem using the GL4 Comma oil. Recently changed to fully synthetic bought from ECP, now no problems :)
Its also a good idea to use a tube Molyslip as recommended.

Finally got round to this today, drained about 0.5 litres out the 'box, added a tube of molyslip and set off for a drive.
Still notchy at first as expected but things gradually improved such that the 2nd gear crunch has gone!
A bit notchy into 3rd but I can live with that. Many thanks to all those who offered advice, much appreciated :ok

Dropped about 0.3 l out of the 'box, added Molyslip and now a few months and several hundred miles later the change is much better (could be due to the warmer weather as well I guess!)
I also lubricated the linkage under the spare wheel with some ptfe spray grease and that also made a noticeable difference.
