The best ones I've used had tiny glass beads in, so you can't squeeze all the product out from the joining faces when you clamp it all together,
which seems a really good idea in theory. Can't remember make, possibly Teroson but had approvals from all the German car manufacturers. I think Wurth do one too.I have seen an adaptor for using the 2 part tubes with mixing nozzles in a std. sealant gun. If I can find it I'll send you a link.
One product had a special etch type primer you used first before bonding
