I was looking at those extenders but wasn't sure if the were any good. I think I might invest now, I've seen them for around 15quids on fleabay so might grab one if it puts the lever in a better position.
its a good Idea if you wanna change the thread size, like baj25 said would be nice and simple to just screw onto your existing lever

I fitted one recently and it's much better, means I don't have to lean forwards to Change gear :)
