Good point, I hadn't thought about that Martin, I had only thought it was to prevent the leisure battery demanding current during startup preventing the starter from getting enough to start the engine with a heavily depleted leisure battery . It is maybe why they thought they could get away with such a puny relay. Ingenious solution, but I wish they had stuck in wiring and a relay that were up to it anyway!
