cheap SVO

Hi all as i run a canteen with 4 large fryers I am allways on the look out for a cheap source of veg oil anybody know of one rather than the usual supermarkets the chaepest ive have found is 1.62 3ltr(rapeseed)

eh monkeynut thats about the same as asda's own brand £1.63 fer 3ltrs if you do find any cheaper let us know
dont know if you have one or heard of one but when i was a chef in a busy restraunt we used to have a machine to filter the oil out the fryers only took around 5 mins for 10ltrs of oil to be filtered used to get at least another week longer out the oil if done every morn just a thought mind dont know what they are called and didnt use it myself as it was the commi's job ask around may be worth investing
cant you get it from suppliers in 5 gallon drums? surely should work out cheaper

cah and carry on the web, you buy it in tins of 50 liter.

And remember it has to be used before you can use i as biodiesel, otherwise the taxman is going to hit you hard (at back pocket level)
