Dose anyone where you purchase the cartridge heater in the back of the fridge for electrolux RM 184 on 240 volt side, Dometic say they are no longer available? The one that is fitted is only rated at 220v & has failed, can this be replaced with 230/240 cartridge?

Had the same thing with mine, (220V rated element is same as 230/240V)
Yours should be an 85 watt element, the best I could find was a 95 watt, which I reasoned should do the job with some to spare. When I got the item it is a 90 degree bend type one (I should have looked harder at the picture) Anyway, I fitted it and modded the insulation tube and wadding to suit (the large diameter tin cover than covers all the heat chamber). the new element obviously sticks out at 90 degrees half way up the tin cover, but clears everything with no probs. Make sure you insulate the exposed part with some more fibreglass wool / loft insulation.
Put it all back in situ, works fine.
Check this link, it`s the 95 watt / 230V one. Rapid delivery as well.

If you are in any doubt as to your abilities to fit this, and reconnect your gas, then GET SOMEONE QUALIFIED to sort it, if your camper burns down, you have been warned !
