No, I think the first one is VW Prototype for a 4x4 leisure utility van. Seen and read something about it a few weeks ago, can't remember where though!

Its no prototype. Definitely a photoshop job. Look at the finer details and youll see what I mean. Parts of it are Hummer, parts are Touareg, parts are transit. Its probably some punter trying to get a job in VWs design team.

Unsubtle differences in the two pix - Westfalia decal, safari bus type windows? Id say one has been photoshopped for sure; but is it a photoshop of a photoshop conspiracy ?

Cool! I do like them. I just thought it was a photoshop job. Certainly the one I put up is. Look at the lights for example.
