traced leaking fuel filter to the return valve!
Don't think it was changed from new, besides it broke up when i popped it out looked like it was a 2half component one from JK's went in no more leaks.
Wet inj pipe, mmm still a bit worried, the unions on the hi pressure lines look worn (on & Off a few times) so not making a good seal! Used some Merc omni fit gasket goop! So far so good!
The other leak I traced to the union off the inj pump not loose but not tight enough! A bit more goop, so far so good!

I am pleased to hear you have fixed that diesel leak. Otherwise I'd have dragged you out of your van ripped your arm off and beaten you to death with it. I ride a motorbike by the way. Its no fun having to jam your foot down to save your bike at 70mph you know!
You need split-ring spanners for those injector unions ideally, sounds like on/offs with open-endeds. You should really remove inspect, clean and refit, ensuring pipe is being pulled. held 'out' of the joint as you first hand-tighten down, just like you do naturally with hydraulic brake pipe unions, then nipping up gently.
One or two have probably been yanked up stupidly and that amost guarantees problem. If you see a set of pipes going, get them!
