Armrest bolt size ????

I can't answer your question fully , but I would have a look in a Bentley manual which is very good for that sort of stuff........

My question is : What are you going to screw them to ? Do you all ready have Caravelle seats fitted ?

armrests

Post by colynmac »

OOPS

I should have mentioned they are the arm rests that fit on the door not on the "captain" seats.

I eventually got the screws from my local VW dealer. I have just got to find the holes in the door now to fit them as the previous owner fiited new door panels.

Thanks for your replies.

You may find there are no round holes in the metal part of the door but square ones.
There are plastic raw plug type fixings that go into these squares that the screw will then bit into when the panel is back on.
