Fitting 8J Penta Merc Alloy's.... Help!

Post by smo's T25 »

Hi Guy's,

I am about to fit some Merc Penta 16" alloy's 8J jobbies. What I want to know is where is the best and cheapest place to get the longer wheel Nuts and stud's from. Also I believe you can get a different arm for the sliding door to make it clear the back wheel, who or where do I get one of those from

the rear studs can be brought from a good few people on here or the birckyard.
also you can use bay window front studs as there are 10 mm longer.

the sliding door swing link needs to be cut and made longer but thats not all of it.. depending on the age of your van it can be easier or harder.. early vans with the long door handle door are easier than the late ones.
WHY T3's.... because they are just so adictive, and having one just aint enough

best and cheapest...
:)
Isn't that a contradiction.. :D

I have longer studs on the shelf as well as all the rest of the stuff you will need to fit them.
What ET are they?
Have you drilled the bolt holes out?
had the centre bores machined out?
