changing fuel sender through table base in't cab floor

eyup ducks,im just wondering if its possible to change my diesel fuel sender in the tank,through the hole in me floor where the swivel table base goes.theres a base thingy right between the front seats and as far as i can tell it shouldnt be too far from the offending article,what dus reckon boys n girls?????????????????????????????

Do it properly, an drop the tank. Whilst ur at it change the breather hoses as a precaution.
