Rite all done, and not a pig of a job as i was lead to believe,
all in all took about 2 hours
undo the two 8mm hex bolts that hold the upper ball joint in place,(i'd tiewrapped the arm up to stop it from dropping)
marked up the 14mm hex bolt so i knew were to set it to,
undo the bolt (19mm spanner),and carefully tap the bolt out, take off the wish bone and then you can see the eccentric washers mark at least one of these up as well,
Grind off the spot welds that hold the bush's in place
then set about easing the bush's out, i used a small cold chisel and hammer to free them out and then tapped them out using a small hammer and bar
clean up the wishbone and then fit the new bush, again i tapped them in place using a hammer and a large socket 24mm i think
dropped a spot weld on the bush's
then refitted it taking care with the eccentric washers and the bolt, and used the marks i'd put on the bolt and wishbone to get it back to the setting it was before.
refit the two ball joint bolts (those you kindly gave me Ian were about 10ish mm to long).remove the tie wraps.
refit the wheel
Job done.

also welded the cab step up and the cab floor cos it needed doing
just about ready for the MOT tomorrow ,fingers crossed
