gearbox info

does any one out there have any info on o91 gearboxes,manuals, parts lists schematics etc?
ive just bought a supposedly good gearbox from a certain vw supplier near ruithin. fitted it only to find its less than useless! ive decided to rebuild me old one has any one stripped rebuilt one? any info would be of agreat help.
