Is this the normal price for a hour of work or i`m looking in bad places?

Don't think this is an hour's work only to do and reset timing properly?

£150, dont do it. theyre having a laugh, you could diy in less than an hour. honestly im no mechanical genious but a changed my pump and did the timing in no time. then spent the £150 on some more rubbish to fill the garage.
