High top sliding side windows

Hi Folks,

The window seals on the side windows on
My hightop are detonating and appear to have shrunk.

How do I remove these windows?- and anyone know where I can some replacement seals?

Plenty of vids online for replacing window seals.
A sharp knife to cut seal from inside. Need two people to stop windows falling out.
Need a rubber mallet.
washing line and soapy water to install.
Again rubber mallet to seat.

Soaking the new seal in hot water from a kettle before fitting makes it a million time easier!
