Just cannot find the indicator no 21 relay,ordered the part (thanks Rob) , just don't know where it goes yet, still searching.(the indicators and hazard both come on but no flashing) so really need to find location

You don't say if your van is an early (bullet fuses) or late (blade fuses) this is the relay position on my late van.

Hi, sorry, my fuse board is an older bullet type fuse board, there are no relays around it at all and limited space if I unscrewed and pulled it out, not all that confident at pulling it out unless there are relays behind , but must say it doesnt look like there is , I took a photo but have forgotten how to post a photo on here, as I say , the part is ordered, just dont know where it goes.

Eureeka! Found it! It was indeed behind the fuse panel, had to remove two big philips screws to gently pull it forwards , low and behold the elusive no 21 was there, just waiting for the new one, really hoping it is that at fault... lets see, many thanks for all the help, kind regards.
