JX engine removal - advice please

So I going to remove the jx and have it repaired by AW Engineering.

I have removed almost everything off the engine with it in.

I will remove the 1/2 shafts tomorrow and drop the engine and box as one then seperate the box on the pallet.

Is it better to remove the engine with it attached to the bars. Ie remove the bolts holding the bars to the vehicle

or

remove the top bolts on the mounts and lift the engine up and over the mounts

or

remove the horizontal engine mount bolts so remove the engine with the mounts attached.

Any other tips welcome.

only time I dropped a JX and box together I removed the engine bars once it was hanging from the engine crane just so there was more room and less to foul and slightly less weight which might cause it to twist

looking again i think I may well chock up the gearbox and and remove the engine seperately.

How much backwards does the engine need to come to ensure nothing gets damaged between the engine and the box.  At least this method will save disconnecting the drive shafts, starter and clutch cylinder.
